By Mail
Simply mail your payment to reach this office by the 10th of the month. Mail can take as much as 5 business days to reach this office.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. So be sure to authorize your bank to pay prior to the due date to be received in this office by the due date. Please consult with your bank for more information.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Your bill can be paid with a credit card by calling our office. We will input the necesary information needed provided by you over the telephone. The charge for this service is $3 per transaction up to $100. If over $100 the charge is 3% of the amount. This fee charged goes to the company performing the credit card service, not to Fifth Ward Water System.

Delinquent Customers
To avoid service interupption, customers must have payment in office by the Cutoff Due Date located on Delinquent Notice Bill. Payments made online must be made by 11:59 p.m. central time on the Cutoff Due Date to be considered on time. Payments made after Cutoff Due Date will receive an automatic $40.00 delinquent fee charge.
